La Quinta by Wyndham New Braunfels

Another very good stay at a La Quinta hotel. Great breakfast, very smart reception, lovely staff, very good clean room with HUGE tv, excellent gym and laundry. Excellent value of money.

Bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was great and they had a good selection. Check in was smooth and desk attendant was polite. Location was perfect…close to everything for me. I would stay here again especially for the price.

The room was great. My dislike was the coffee condiments. The Creamer was very old, was not powder but a brick in the paper container. Also, the carpet in the hallway. We understood that they are working in the hallways but they should vacuum the carpet periodically. There was paint chips, caulk and other items on the carpet that made it look worse than it was. Just think there should be more care to keep it tidy while under construction since you are working and still have customers. The hotel was great besides that. Customer service was great.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed everything about the hotel minus the a/c wasn't really working. But we made everything work. I would definitely recommend them and stay there again.

Breakfast was very good, made even better by the lady who was in charge of the food. Very pleasant person and very accommodating. Excellent customer service skills and just a genuinely nice person!!
